The Firebird Oven is a vintage-inspired mobile wood-fired oven providing seasonally inspired food for any event across the country.

We are artisan bakers, wood-fired oven and street food specialists. We want to make your occasion run as smoothly and effortlessly as possible for you, ensuring you and your guests enjoy the spectacle of our beautiful wood-fired oven whilst enjoying our award-winning delicious food and drink.

We’re trained (award winning!) artisan bakers and our speciality is traditional wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizzas. Our dough is 100% sourdough and we hand stretch every pizza before baking at 400•C in our wood-fired oven.
